2-Spring Fertilizer and Weed Control Sprays (April)

• Second pre-emergent weed control to stop weeds from popping up again later in the summer. A fertilizer application to nurture your lawn, promoting its balance and health.

3-Early Summer Fertilizer Micronutrients and Weed Control Sprays (May-June)

• Fertilizer application that maintains the color and density of your lawn to ensure your turf develops a robust root system through the harsh summer.
• Optional: At this time: Insect and Grub Preventative.

4-mid –Late Summer Fertilizer and Weed Control Sprays (July-August)

Weed control +Crabgrass control spot spray.

5-Late Summer & Early Fall Fertilizer & Spot Spray weeds (August-September)

• This application promotes root growth of existing and seeded lawns.
• Optional: First week of September to last week November, we make the Core Aeration & seeding:

6-Fall Fertilizer (Late September-October)

• A high-nitrogen + Iron (Milorganite) winter fertilizer application to maximize the lawn’s dark-green color throughout the winter. Spot Spray weeds.

7-Soil pH Adjustments (Late October-November)

• To neutralize pH and maximizes the uptake of nutrients. Property soil pH is the foundation of a healthy lawn and effects many aspects of soil chemistry.
