All lawn areas shall be mowed to a height of  3.5 to 4 inches or at best height for health and appearance of lawn at a particular season of the year. Any clippings shall be blown off walks paths and driveway Areas adjacent to house buildings, sidewalks, trees, poles, etc. shall trimmed with each mowing.
